Any entity i.e., for-profit and not-for-profitinstitutions, foundations, higher education institutions, governmental bodies, agencies of the UnitedNations etc. may provide comments, critiques, or responses.This RFI intends to provide USAID with technical input on the feasibility and ease of building a newcalculator tool with the capabilities described below. The tool will help USAID Missions and operatingunits track and report on USAID climate indicators (13-6, 13-7, and 13-8) and align with the priorities ofthe USAID Climate Strategy.This RFI is issued solely for information, research and planning purposes and does not constitute aRequest for Proposals (RFP) or a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO). Responding to this RFI willnot give any advantage to or preclude any organization or individual in any subsequently issuedsolicitation or NOFO. Any future development activities related to this activity will be announcedseparately on https://beta.sam.gov/ and/or https://grants.gov. The RFI does not represent any awardcommitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it obligate the U.S. Government to pay forcosts incurred in the preparation and submission of any responses. Information received as part of thisRFI shall become the property of USAID. Therefore, proprietary information that cannot be shared shouldnot be sent.
